1. Who we are
OroVun provides AI-assisted, human-reviewed on-model visual creation for fashion brands and e-commerce teams. We combine advanced technology with expert curation to deliver credible, high-quality visuals tailored for the fashion and ecommerce industry. 2. Use of the website
The OroVun website is provided for general information, sample requests, image submissions, and service enquiries. Users must use the website lawfully and should not misuse, disrupt, copy, scrape, or attempt to interfere with the website or its services in any way.
3. Sample requests and submissions
Submitting a sample request or images does not automatically create a paid engagement or guarantee acceptance. All requests and submissions are reviewed by OroVun to determine suitability for evaluation or further discussion.
4. Client responsibility for submitted materials
Clients must only submit garment images, folder links, files, and related materials that they have the right to share and use. You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted materials do not infringe third-party rights, confidentiality obligations, or applicable laws.
5. Service scope and review
OroVun’s workflow includes both AI-assisted generation and human review. The output quality may depend on the type and suitability of the source images provided. Sample requests are reviewed at OroVun’s discretion and typically cover up to 3 garments per initial request.
6. No guarantee of outcome
OroVun aims to deliver commercially credible, high-quality visuals, but cannot guarantee that every submission will be accepted, suitable, or converted into final deliverables. Outcomes depend on source materials, project fit, and workflow review.
7. Intellectual property and ownership
Clients retain ownership of all source materials they submit. OroVun does not claim ownership over submitted garment images or brand assets.
OroVun retains rights in its own website content, branding, service presentation, workflow materials, and any internal processes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Third-party tools and services
OroVun may use third-party tools and providers, such as Framer, Tally, email services, file-sharing or storage systems, and workflow tools, to operate the website and manage submissions.
9. Limitation of liability
OroVun provides the website and related materials in good faith. To the extent permitted, OroVun does not accept liability for indirect loss, interruption, data issues, website downtime, or any decisions made based on website content alone. This is intended to maintain a fair, reasonable understanding with our clients.
10. Privacy
Use of the OroVun website and forms is also governed by our Privacy page, which explains how information is collected and used.
11. Changes to these Terms
OroVun may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the updated date shown above.
